A lot of questions are already answered in the how to play guide — controls, whether the game is free, whether it works on mobile and how the leaderboard works. Details about data handling live in the privacy policy, and the rules of use are in the terms of service.
If the game will not start, first check that your browser supports WebGL and that hardware acceleration is enabled — that fixes the large majority of loading problems.
