Last Squad 3D is a free browser game provided as-is for entertainment. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including the leaderboard — at any time and without notice.

• Do not attempt to cheat, tamper with the game client, or submit falsified match results.
• Do not use automated scripts, scrapers or bots to interact with the game or its API at a rate that burdens the service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the servers, database or other players' data.
• Do not use the game for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for the callsign you choose. Callsigns that are hateful, harassing, obscene, impersonate another person, or contain personal information may be removed from the leaderboard without notice. Submitted match results may be displayed publicly.

The game, its code, artwork, audio, world design and branding are owned by the operators of Last Squad 3D and are protected by copyright. You may play and share links to the game freely, but you may not copy, resell, rehost or create derivative versions of it without permission. Any third-party names referenced in the game are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leaderboard data will be preserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Last Squad 3D are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or lost progress, arising out of your use of or inability to use the game.

The game contains fast camera movement and flashing effects. Take regular breaks, and stop playing if you feel dizziness, eye strain or discomfort. A very small number of people may experience seizures triggered by flashing lights; if that applies to you, consult a doctor before playing.
